Moreover, this website is user friendly as it has FAQ(frequently asked questions) section that answers the customers about the problems relating to placing an order and delivery guidelines.
However, there are few areas that I think Flowers-for-you should improve. First of all, in order to view the graphics and catalogs, this website requires customers to install “Microsoft Silverlight” software. This might troublesome customers to spend their precious time to install the software. Besides, although customers have installed the software, there are still some runtime errors occurred when they want to view the
Silverlight Catalog. More to the point, the design of “Wedding Package Samples” is interesting but it takes time to download the photos. In the "Wedding Package Samples", customers have to flip the pages to view each photo. This may cause customers to feel tired and bored if they flip too many times.
Due to the above reasons, a normal customer may ignore to place an order with Flowers-for-you. Therefore, Flowers-for-you has to improve or even eliminate those frustrating problems to make its business more successful.
Installing Microsoft Silverlight only takes a few seconds off your "precious time" to browse through a gazillion of designs. Not a valid argument. Also, I believe a consumer would want variety rather than complaining over tired fingers. One improvement is feasible: integrated search engine.
